Champion Sweeper II

I upgraded our on prem environment to 12.5.4 yesterday and all seemed to work, but now I tried a known good deployment, and it's been sitting at "performing preliminary checks" for 3 hours (and the package has a time limit of 15 minutes). 

 

Any thoughts on this?   I've already restarted the LS service, and testconnection works fine.
