I used to be able to scan our extreme network switches and get pretty detailed information about what was connected to which port. We lost our old server and had to create a new one. Since then we are getting no information on our extreme network switches. The odd thing is I got full scan from the switches on one of our subnets on the day I set up the new lansweeper server, but none since then and everything I have tried gets the error "Scan Incomplete SNMP was not scanned, but existing record has SNMP info."
