can somebody please help with a scanning issue that is occurring for me

I work in an enterprise and we have multiple domains I've had no issue scanning additional domain's but this particular domain I am having trouble with

doesn't seem to work no matter which credentials I use I'm certain I'm using the correct password's also

using the test connection on one one of the machines displays the following

with multiple domains... do you have the other domain in the DNS Suffix search order/list for whatever network the lansweeper scanning server is on?

to test, put NACSH1MC8P2.whateveritis.local (The FQDN) in the tester .EXE

I'm not sure why this asset is not responding to a ping, but that would be step 1 to figuring this out. From what I can see here, the machine is simply offline or doesn't exist.

If the credentials used here have local administrative rights, then the issue is most likely WMI ports not being open.
