Our local scanning account for computers that are not on our domain stopped scanning. I made sure username and passwords are correct but I am still getting access denied.... .\administrator
Make sure that the account you're using is part of the local Administrators group of the computers in question
Run a test using testconnection.exe with this account towards one of the computers in question. Testconnection.exe can be found in the Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Actions folder on your Lansweeper server.
