Hello, I'm not sure if this is in the right location to post this question so please move if need be.
I am trying to use LanSweeper to scan a specific IP range to detail basic Hardware information.
The results I get are very minimal , I assume I must be doing something incorrectly.
After Scanning I do see a green dot indicating that it did scan the machine but the only information that it provides is
"Asset Type : Network Device
DNS Name : TheComputerName"
And that is it, other than the Scan stats.
Image Of Summary
I have checked the login credentials and they are correct, I dont see any firewall errors or any reported errors from the scans. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Am I scanning this incorrectly?
when I specify one computer name in "Windows Computer" it gives me a detailed summary.
Does IP Range not provide detailed summary ?
How would I go about scanning a range of "Windows Computers"?

I didn't see that there is a "Test Connection" option under "Advanced Actions"
It reports "Scanning WMI..
The RPC server is unavailable.
The RPC server is unavailable.
The RPC server is unavailable."
I will start reading on how to overcome WMI and RPC errors.
