H!
I am about to plan a lanseeper database server migration from one server to another, and I am considering what of the supported databases would be the one that has been working better for you experienced guys. I am planning the database to reside in the same virtual server as Lansweper does (if is not a particual reason why it shouldn't please let me know)
I see these are the supported databases (all from MS), from your experience which one would be the one that runs better or does not make any difference?
Microsoft SQL Compact
Microsoft SQL LocalDB
Microsoft SQL Server
Microsoft SQL Server 2005
Microsoft SQL Server 2008
Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2
Microsoft SQL Server 2012
Microsoft SQL Server 2014
Microsoft SQL Server 2016
Microsoft SQL Server 2017
Microsoft SQL Server 2019
Thanks in advance!

my assets license is for 3000 assets and I think I am ok with that limit for now. I have never migrated database in lansweeper so I don't how stable is the process or how badly it can go, and the support only by email and replies typically after 24 hours are not to encouraging.

Hi aldo22,
Depending on the number of devices you are scanning I would go for the free version SQL Server Express 2017. It supports a database size up to 10 GB.
