Hi, is there a way to set default Helpdesk tabs? So when each agent opens lansweeper can see their own tabs? I set 4 different tabs, but when I turn off the PC I have to select them again and also select the sort way again.

I presume you mean Helpdeks ticket filters. Which tickets filters are open their current state and order should be saved by Lansweeper.

As for the order of the ticket filters. When you change the sort order in a ticket filter, make sure you save the filter again.
