Hi,
We are currently moving our End-point protection product from Kaspersky to SEP. Once the device has SEP installed any scan by lansweeper fails (ping failed/RPC failed/off-line/firewalled) error messages are generated.
What do I need to change within SEP to allow it to communicate with lansweeper please?
Thanks,
Steve

We have a knowledge base article on how to configure Symantec Endpoint Protection for use with Lansweeper as since the release of Lansweeper 6.0, we have seen that SEP in particular wrongly identifies Lansweeper traffic as port attacks.
