Engaged Sweeper
We are slowly rolling out Lansweeper helpdesk at my work and we are being asked the question from users if they can see our 'SLA' timer on their ticket.

Is this possible?

Users cannot see the SLA times, it can only be seen by agents. Any options for users in the helpdesk can be found in configuration\general settings under Users permissions.
