I followed the guide provided to migrate from Compact to Express including the copying of the Website folder. All of my assets are there but I noticed that my default page was changed. That's when I noticed that the website was set to anonymous access. Is this an expected behavior?

Never mind. I re-enabled IIS Express Authentication and my settings were still there. You might want to add this to the SQL migration document as a post installation task.
