Authentication Unsuccessful when trying to get into the support portal. I've tried multiple browsers and clearing my browser history/cache. Is anyone else having this issue?

I've had this same issue ever since the new authentication method was deployed.  I've had a support case open since then, but no resolve as of yet.  In my case, it seems as though the account used for authentication to my Lansweeper cloud site got separated from the one used to access the help portal.
