Do they even offer to help get this product half way functional? So far it is ignoring all credentials and only doing WMI queries. The is my second time installing this product and am still underwhelmed with sales or any sort of support.

Spiceworks is free and does a far better job.

Your Credentials failing could be due to a multitude of factors that would need to be explored. Such as have you tested all your connectivity points to confirm a complete path of authorization? Have you verified that you have the appropriate domain/ip range set within Lansweeper? Have you verified that your Scan Servers can actually communicate with the desired endpoints? Have you verified that your authentication server has a successful connection to your Scan Server?

Not only can you utilize their support channel, Lansweeper does have Training Resources, the Knowledge Base, as well as an Enterprise License where they allocate resources to you to assist you with turning up a new installation.

Here is a useful section of KBs you should consider reading.
