is woefully out of date. I and many other rely on your KB's but only so long as they are accurate. When you get to step 4: Assign and grant API permissions, the article complete fails as this part of the Azure AD web site has been changed and I am now stuck there and WITHOUT email service for LS. You need to do better!

Update that step needs to say that you need to enter the App Registrations, double click the app you are using in the list. Then once in the app you can manage the API Permissions for that App.
