while its nice to get thanks, it would be better if the ticket stayed closed... 🙂
I know this is WAY late, but you would add a custom rule under CONFIGURATION > EMAIL SETTINGS > IGNORED CONTENT FILTERS > +ADD FILTER > Expression = "word1"|"word2". Ex: mine reads Thank you|Thanks! the pipe is a different expression so it can be word1|word 2|a bunch of words etc. It is NOT case sensitive.
I am just putting it in place now, but I don't know what will happen if there is signature to go with it. It may not be possible with a signature on top of the thank you.
