Hello all,
I am having issue to obtain access to the LsAgent Cloud Relay
It is stuck at "Requesting relay access. This might take a few moments."
I have checked the following documentation about a similar issue
https://www.lansweeper.com/knowledgebase/the-relay-could-not-be-contacted/
I can confirm that my Lansweeper server is able to go to relay.lansweeper.com on port 443.
The server is a VM and it is a Windows Server 2008 R2
I check the errorlog.txt on my server, but I didn't find any error message regard to cloud relay.
The current license that I applied on my Lansweeper instance is a trial version that I requested from Lansweeper to test the LsAgent functions. I do have a paid license for the regular Lansweeper.
If anyone can point me other ways to troubleshoot the issue, I will happily try them.
Thanks.
