Hello,
in the network interface overview I can see the connect Asset. The Cisco 2950/2960/3750 series works fine too, but the Cisco 9200/9300/9500 series does not show the asset column.
Can anyone give me a tip, so that the assets are displayed here?
Beautiful greetings and a nice weekend,
Matze

We had a similar situation and had a @ symbol in the community name and created a new one without the symbol and worked fine after that.

If the OID is missing you can add it manually in configuration\asset mapping

You can aslo follow this guide for some troubleshooting: https://www.lansweeper.com/knowledgebase/troubleshooting-snmp-scanning-issues/

Good Morning,
I think the SNMP Oid for Cisco 9200 is missing in Asset Mapping.
Kind regards,
Matthias

Good morning,
on the Cisco 9200, this information is no longer scanned:
"Network: Intel(R) Ethernet Connection I217-V - 90:1B:0E:xx.xx:xx
1.xxx.xxx.xxx switch-name 25 | FastEthernet0/25 (Fa0/25)
09/04/2019 12:01:32"

What can I do to get this information scanned again?

Kind regards,
matthias

Hello,
I mean the overview of a single asset.

What specific overview are you talking about? If the view only filters on asset type, I would recommend searching for the assets on IP, maybe they were mislabeled because SNMP wasn't enabled or could not be scanned.

This KB article also has some good tips on how to find assets: https://www.lansweeper.com/knowledgebase/no-asset-created-for-scanned-computer-or-device/
