Hello, 

We are having 2 machines in our environment, for some reason, under Software > Installed software. They are showing "No information found". 

These machines showed that they had the software before, but the software list is empty now. 

I really dont know what was the problem of it. Does anyone have any idea?

Dear, 

We see that this seems to be a W10 machine, which should not be a problem normally. 
Maybe you need to look at how you are scanning the computers, with the scanning agent or not. As a test, you can also scan with LsPush and import the scan file. This may provide you already something.
If you can't figure it out, you could create a case with the Support team, they can assist further on this.
