I can't scaned my Windows 10 computer on my domain.
Firewall : OK
Antivirus : OK
Credentials : OK
WMI : NOT OK

How can i do ?

I don't know about your environment but in our group policy under firewall Group policy under the following 2 items:

Windows Firewall: Allow inbound file and printer sharing exception

Windows Firewall: Allow inbound remote administration exception

We have enabled Allow unsolicited incoming messages from these IP addresses: from the IP range that Lansweeper server is on or you can specify the exact server ip address.
