We have a mixture of printers and the Toshiba estudio printers are the only ones doing this. The printer is listed with the printer model then listed again with the same assetname but only Apache is listed under the device model. I'm aware that Apache is a web server, but our HP printers have the web access enabled as well, but they are only listed once. Any ideas?
If one of the duplicates is seen as a webserver, it seems that a specific scan with SNMP failed and that a webserver was created for it. To prevent the webserver asset to be created, you could set up a scanning exclusion for that asset type. More info, see below: https://www.lansweeper.com/knowledgebase/excluding-assets-from-scanning/
