If I remember right, there's a clear warning before you upgrade that you need to make sure you have a proper backup.
I'd recommend going back to your last stable release, and perform an upgrade on a new server (so you keep the original V7 one). You can follow the instructions from this article: https://www.lansweeper.com/knowledgebase/move-lansweeper-to-different-server/
Another option is to start over from scratch, I don't know how much custom info you added already?
