Hi Kent,
Lansweeper displays uptime information in two locations being:
- the Uptime field on an assets summary page. This is pulled from WMI and stored in the database in tblAssets.
- the Uptime tab of a Windows asset's Lansweeper page. This information is retrieved from Event Viewer events and stored in tblUptime.
Try restarting your Lansweeper services (eg. Lansweeper server service and web server service) and see if the issue is resolved.
If it is not resolved, I would send an email to support@lansweeper.com so our support team can look into it.
