Hello everyone,
We are currently using Lansweeper with licenses for LS Helpdek Agent and LS Starter.
If we do not renew the licenses, can we still view the content of the previous, old tickets?

Not sure if it's changed but you used to get 1 free agent licence in your installation - you'd have to have a shared agent account to access old tickets I think.
