Hello everyone, I have the following initial situation:
SRV01 -> Lansweeper instance (web, scan etc)
SRV02 -> scan server (in other Subnet, Clients in this Subnet ar not reachable for SRV01)
CLI01 -> Client, reached by SRV02
If I now send a ping to the asset via the web console, WHO or on which device is this ping executed?
SRV01 (because of web server)
or SRV02 (because of assigned scan server) ??

None of them 🙂
The ping is executed from the PC you're using to access the Web Console.
Same with the 'status indicator' on the asset page (the green or red dot). As soon as you open an asset page, a ping is sent to the asset (hostname) in question.
