Update dashboard defaulting to Helpdesk

Since I ran the update, I have a few users that when they go to the dashboard, the site keeps defaulting to the helpdesk. We dont even use the help desk. It is not happening to everyone. Any ideas?

Resolved! Starting ticket # for helpdesk

Howdy,To save us some reporting headaches/overlap/confusion etc... we'd like to start the ticket # at say 9000I found the article on how to reset it, but was not able to figure out how to go the opposite direction.Any ideas?Thanks!
