See attached image. But, I am wondering why LANSweeper is not showing Windows 10 20H2 as "20H2"? Every machine in my environment that is 20H2 is showing as "2009".

Any Ideas?

Thanks!

Mike

Remember this confusing partial naming that Microsoft uses. YYMM, thus a release 2009, is a September 2020 release.

Support answered this question... They wrote:

"Lansweeper scans WMI on Windows assets to pull back OS information. We have tested this internally and a Windows asset running 20H2 does indeed display as version 2009. Doing a quick google search it would seem that 20H2 is also referenced as 20H2 (2009) and Microsoft has set this as the entry in WMI. So when an asset is scanned it will display version 2009 in the Windows Version details."
