By default, Lansweeper does not scan Word or Outlook add-ins. We recommend checking if this information about Word or Outlook add-ins is stored in the Windows registry by doing some online research. If this information is stored in the registry, you could use "
Registry Scanning" to retrieve it. Registry Scanning can be found under Scanning/File & Registry Scanning.
Do note that some add-ins may be listed under installed software, but this will not contain any information on whether they're enabled or not. You may need to scan multiple registry values per add-in, one which indicates whether an add-in is installed, and another to see if the add-in is enabled (if this registry value exists).
