Within a users help desk ticket, it would be nice to be able to add an asset by IP rather than just by name. This would be used for adding odd ball devices such as IP cameras, printers, & hand held scanners.

A separate tab might not be necessary, but simply displaying the assets' IP addresses in the existing tabs might be useful. I've asked our development team to add the IP addresses, but cannot give an estimated release date for this change unfortunately.
