Anyway to Sort Tickets by multiple Locations?

We have multiple locations with similar names amongst other locations.

For example,

• New York Center
  New York North
  New York South

I would like to have a tab with just tickets for New York. Only way I can figure out is to have a tab for each Location since it doesn't allow multiple filters to be set.

Is there a way to do this that I am missing?

If these locations are selected using a combobox ticket custom field you unfortunately won't be able to filter for more than one of them per tab.

If it's a manual fill field though you could use wildcards like New York%.

I've added an item to our customer wishlist to allow the filtering for multiple combobox options of the same ticket custom field within a single helpdesk tab. At this moment in time we can't yet guarantee that this functionality will be implemented though and aren't able to provide you with an estimated release date.
