Approve software for assets groups

Hi,
I want to approve different softwares for different assets groups.
I.e. Sql Management Studio is approved for IT Pcs groups but not approved for accounting office Pcs
Is it possibile?

Unfortunately, it is not yet possible with the built-in tools.

You could write a complex SQL query which would facilitate this capability.

The feature has been requested before. I've linked it to the existing feature request with software authorization improvements.
