BarCode check in and out

Since we have Lansweeper monitoring everything on the network, we would like to be able to use a USB scanner with the Bar codes or QR codes that Lansweeper can generate and be able to check out and in devices for single day use. things such as ipods...

New Ticket Default

On the new ticket screen webpage the default ticket type is set to a specific ticket type. Users forget to change this and the option to set this field as nothing and make it required would be better.

Helpdesk News - Rotating messages

It would be great if rather than displaying all the news messages vertically together, they could be on a timed rotation with link markers or navigation arrows so that users could click through them manually if they choose.
