Hi,
how can I change Status of an existing ticket by a reply to agent of this team?

For example if I have a ticket open with team A and I change the Team, a mail arrive to a new team with "A ticket has been assigned to your team."

I want that when the team answer at this mail the state of ticket change in "Assigned to partner".

You can change the default state tickets are set on when a user replies. However, this is a global setting. Setting this for specific teams is not possible.
