If you have a licensed lanSweeper server running, the ability to generate your own educational sub license.

Something along the lines of:
1x database
2x scan servers
25x assets max

So that you can setup a class and the participants can install / configure there own lanSweeper system and interrogate each other and the virtuel network environment.

I'm aware of trail, but
1) the asset limit
2) if class is 2 hours a week, the trail reaches end, before you even have started to dig into the interesting parts.
