The term "planned" in that table refers to the item being on the roadmap at the time of update.
In your screenshot, AWS scanning in Lansweeper Sites was still planned to be developed. Currently however, this has already been developed and is part of Lansweeper's Cloud Discovery. You can find out more information over at Introduction to Cloud Discovery.
In any case, the table is out of date at the time of writing, and we will make sure to look into this.
