Hello!

I'm trying to login to my Lansweeper Web Console but got a "Server Error in '/' Application." message. I have attached the complete error message.

The Lansweeper application and SQL database are on separate servers.

I restarted the Lansweeper service but it was not helpful. How do I resolve this?

Our tech support team should be able to assist you with this.  Please open a ticket in our support portal.

 

Make sure to add screenshots and the GatherLogs output file so our SME's can start investigating the issue straight away.
