Is there any feature planed for "HelpDesk" usage?

So like log calls from end-pc-users, self-help-portal or ticketing system?

There is no API at the moment. We are also not aware of any open source help desk integrations with our software.

is there any API to lansweeper to create an own helpdesk software or any other solutions to opensource projects, so mean a plugin in e.g. OTRS or some else?

This feature is on our road map, but we do not currently have a release date for it. A few other companies have integrated their own help desk software with Lansweeper however. An example can be found here: http://www.sharepoint-applications.biz/asset_tracking.html
