One think that we liked to have available is more information on physical memory, namely things like Manufacturer, Model, Serial, PartNumber:

This would helps a LOT on memory upgrades, which we do regularly, and since we have both an heterogeneous and oldish desktop infrastructure, we could use that information to better plan those upgrades... we now do remote wmic queries and text reports, but that only goes so far...
