SMS alerts is not a functionality that exists in Lansweeper currently, unfortunately. We've added this to our wishlist, though at this moment in time we can't guarantee that this feature will be implemented and we cannot provide you with an estimated release date.
For now, you may be able to set up a relay on your mailserver to send text messages about email alerts. This isn't something we've tested ourselves, but we did hear from another customer that they've got this set up.
