We can do a lot of things with Lansweeper, but one thing I've been wanting for a long while is a section for internal documentation.
I know about the Knowledge Base, but that's something which we reserve for users, and it's a bit too basic since it lacks the possibility for subsections.
We could use such a documentation section to document any IT related procedure, such as creating/onboarding new users, installing speciality software, DHCP configuration settings, the whole shabam.
Since it's inside lansweeper, it could have the great advantage of linking assets, so you can point right to a server, nas,...
Anyway, keep up the good work guys!

I haven't really played with the KB part as we are using a Document Management System built on Sharepoint (Grr Slow) but it works.
That being said looking at it, you can add a Category (eg User Management), then have the necessary Articles eg New User Setup, Password Resets. Have a different Category for software with articles like Installing Software Blah, Configuring ODBC settings.
All of these can be hidden from users.

You can disable user access to parts of the KB.
