Knowledgebase: Add field for Tags

Hi There,

It would be nice if there was a field in the knowledge base that is invisible for users but can be used to search.
For instance: when looking for the guide on how to change a password a user might type how to change password? in the search bar. that question and other tag's would be put in that field.

This would be helpful to be able to create tags for articles.  Trying to move some IT notes and not being able to search is a time waster.
