Mac Address

I use a lansweeper to identif machines by mac address. I retrieve the mac address from my cisco switches. (inherited LAN, zero documentation).

cisco uses the mac format: xxxx.xxxx.xxxx

would it be possible to have the ability in lansweeper to use the cisco mac address format for searches?

That's what I wanted to say. Search for PC systems by cisco style mac addy. It would still be an awesome feature...I think

This is not currently possible. In fact, it's not possible to search device MAC addresses through the web console, only computer ones. We have added this feature to our customer wish list.
