Make Computers Inactive as opposed to deleting completely

I would like to use LS as an inventory tool, but deleting inactive computers makes me lose any software/hardware inventory on those systems. How difficult would it be to add a "Make Inactive" option in the management console that moves/hides those computers?

When I create reports, I always use the "lastseen" field in tblcomputers for this purpose.

For example : computers not seen in the last 3 months.
Where lastseen < getdate-90
