The Cisco phones have a ton of information displayed on their webpages.
Is there anyway that it can be parsed and displayed in lansweeper?

You can access the webpage and get basic device information with this url

If you need more info I can save the page so you can have the html that is displayed.
It is just in a table so it should be easy to parse the html to get the information out of it.

I join the wishes. This is the desired function. Is there a workaround? External script for scanning and writing to the database in a custom field?

As mentioned, we keep track of all request. What I can tell you is that this won't be implemented in the short term unfortunately.

Four years have passed since I added a post requesting that at least the phone DN be obtained. Is there any real possibility of implementing it?

Unfortunately we currently don't have any news regarding this specific feature, other than it's on our customer wishlist. Thank you for your feedback.

Having the DN Directory number would save us countless hours. It seems like this would be low hanging fruit as the Cisco device webpage and SNMP has this field. Come on LS!

I'll throw my hat in this ring as well and say 'Me Three!'. You're already pulling the Model# and Serial# so it should be very trivial to give us the phones extension number from the "Phone DN" field from the devices webserver page. This would be extremely helpful info to be able to search the database by. Thanks!
