Is it possible to remotely manage the add/remove programs of any scanned PC's?

This would be really cool... Can someone compile an AutoIT script and post the .exe to accomplish this?

I think that with autoit this can be done.
Click the icon, Autoit goes out to the Lansweeper database for that PC and pulls up a list of programs for whatever computer. It goes to that computer and does a msiexec /i {xxxxx} and completes the auto-uninstall.
