You are getting an error about tickets not closing automatically. The error states: Ticket closing has failed! One or more required custom fields are not filled in.
What went wrong?
All custom fields need to be filled before auto-closing the ticket. If you have set up custom fields that are required for closing but are not filled in, the auto-closing function will be blocked. A Ticket Closed note will appear, but the ticket itself will not change to a Closed state.
How to solve it?
Make sure you remove the custom fields as required for the closing process. You can also put a process in place for your agents to fill all required fields before they try to close the ticket.
