You are running a Lansweeper installation that is linked to a Cloud site. For whatever reason, you now need to link this installation to a different, already existing Cloud site.

How to proceed?

First, update your Lansweeper Classic installation to the latest version. You will need at least Lansweeper version 10.5.2.1 before you can migrate your Cloud site.

Next, unlink the current Cloud site from your Classic installation. In the Classic web console, go to Configuration > Link with Cloud site, and select Unlink from Cloud site.

After updating you Classic installation, and unlinking the Cloud site, go back to the Configuration > Link with Cloud site tab in your Lansweeper Classic web console and select I have a linking code. This button should be visible once the scanning server has successfully completed the Cloud prerequisite checks.

Finally, insert the linking code of the new Cloud site.

License

Please note that the Lansweeper license will not update automatically. If the new Cloud site is running on a different license from the old one, navigate to the Configuration > Your Lansweeper License tab in the Lansweeper Classic web console. Insert the new license key and click OK to apply.

Congratulations, you are now ready to use your new Cloud site!
