This error could be encountered in older Lansweeper versions and is already fixed in a later release. To resolve it, you simply need to update your Lansweeper installation.

 To update:

  1. Back up your installation (recommended).
  2. Download the latest installer and run it on the machine hosting the Lansweeper Server service.
  3. Choose the Upgrade option.
  4. Follow the prompts until the update completes.
  5. If your web console or scanning service runs on additional machines, run the installer on those as well.
