This error could be encountered in older Lansweeper versions and is already fixed in a later release. To resolve it, you simply need to update your Lansweeper installation.

To update:
- Back up your installation (recommended).
- Download the latest installer and run it on the machine hosting the Lansweeper Server service.
- Choose the Upgrade option.
- Follow the prompts until the update completes.
- If your web console or scanning service runs on additional machines, run the installer on those as well.
