Custom report issue

A report has been created to scan servers for the latest hotfixes. All of the servers are reporting in except two servers. These two servers are reporting in on the regular scan that takes place through out the day. They are just not replying to the report. I have review the custom report and it is or does not appear to be excluding these servers. Any suggestions on where to check?

Can you please post the SQL the report is using? It sounds like the conditions are excluding the servers.
