Report nbt-ns registry NetbiosOptions status = 2 (disabled)

It doesn't look like I can use a simple registry scan since all computers have a different key for their NIC. Any ideas on how I can verify that the correct value is set for all nics on a computer?

I'm using a powershell script to set the value, but I need to know that it's disabled everywhere. Full details in this article:
