Switch Device SNMP Info Report

Hello All,

I'm looking at running a custom report on our switches with the following:

Device Name, IP Address, Device Vendor, Device Model, Description

I'm trying to build an inventory of our Cisco switches and their IOS versions. I just can't find how to input the SNMP device description into a report.

For instance:

Cisco Internetwork Operating System Software
IOS (tm) C2950 Software (C2950-I6Q4L2-M), Version 12.1(22)EA6, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)
Copyright (c) 1986-2005 by cisco Systems, Inc.
Compiled Fri 21-Oct-05 01:59 by yenanh

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Select tblCustDevices.Ipaddress, tblCustDevices.Description
From tblCustDevices
