I'm not sure if this is related. But few months ago, I've upgraded Lansweeper to latest version and all works fine except NEW Windows 7 computers.
I get this error (see attachment). I've tried repairing WMI but at end it fails. The message I get is "There was a problem starting wbemupgd. The specified module could not be found."
Please help.

you need to start "services.msc", locate the lansweeper service and change the username/password.

Good point. Domain admin account was used to setup Lansweeper originally. But this password has been changed 2 months ago. Username hasn't changed. Do I need to update it in Lansweeper somewhere?
I found "Domain Credentials" in Lansweeper config. But it's greyed out.

Could you check if the password from the user you are using to scan has expired?
